Ingredients
- 4 Cloves Garlic, left whole with peels intact
- ¾ C Mayonnaise
- 2 T White Miso Paste
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Place cloves (skin-on) onto the baking sheet and toss with avocado oil. Roast for 30 minutes, or until softened.

Remove skin from garlic and place in a food processor along with mayonnaise, miso paste, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until you have smooth miso and roasted garlic aioli.

Pair miso garlic sauce with Alexia® Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs with Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper, prepared according to package instructions.
