Lettuce Wraps
These lettuce wraps featuring our Spice of Life™ Thai Inspired Basil Chili potatoes are globally inspired crowd pleasers.
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Alexia® Spice of Life™ Thai Basil Potatoes (16 oz)
- 1 Head Butterleaf Lettuce
- 1 Bunch Thai Basil
- 1 Bunch Mint
- ½ cup Cucumber, julienned
- ½ cup Carrot, julienned
- ¼ cup Hot Chiles, thinly sliced
- 2 Limes, cut into wedges
- ½ cup Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Vegan Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Red Onion, julienned
- 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Salt
- 2 cups Water (for vegan fish sauce)
- ½ cup Nori (for vegan fish sauce)
- ½ cup Dried Shiitake Mushroom (for vegan fish sauce)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos (for vegan fish sauce)
Directions

Prepare the potatoes according to air fryer instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, clean the lettuce by removing the core and arranging it on a platter, along with the other ingredients desired.

To make the sauce, whisk together all ingredients and adjust the spice level as desired.

For pickled onions, bring vinegar to a simmer, whisk in sugar and salt. Submerge onions in the mixture and cool in the refrigerator.

To make the fish sauce, add all ingredients to a small saucepan, simmer for 15 minutes, and pass through a mesh sieve. Adjust coconut aminos as desired for saltiness.

Add cooked potatoes and build wraps to your preference with sauce and a squeeze of lime juice.
