Ingredients

  • 1 bag Alexia® Spice of Life™ Indian Curry (16 oz)
  • 20 oz Salmon, remove skin
  • ⅓ cup Plain Whole-Milk Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1½ tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika or Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder or Cayenne
  • ¾ tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Parsley or Cilantro leaves, minced, plus more for garnish
  • Red Onion Rings, sliced thin for garnish
  • Lemon Wedges, garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare the potatoes according to package instructions.

  2. Cut salmon into 1” thick long pieces and set aside.

  3. Place all the ingredients except the salmon in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Add salmon and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, up to an hour.

  4. Preheat oven broiler to high (550°F / 289°C) for 10 minutes. Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet 1” apart. Brush the excess marinade over the salmon pieces.

  5. Place the baking sheet 8 to 10 inches from the top of the oven and broil for 7 to 8 minutes, until golden brown and slightly charred on top (internal temperature 145°F). Rotate pan midway for even browning.

  6. Serve with Indian curry potatoes; garnish Salmon Tikka with more parsley/cilantro, sliced red onions, lemon wedges, and a choice of sides (optional).
