Ingredients

  • 1 bag Alexia® Waffle Cut Seasoned Fries (20 oz)
  • 1 White Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kimchi, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • ⅓ cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Green Onions, chopped for garnish
  • Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
  • Fresh Lime, sliced for garnish
  • Fresno or Red Chili, for garnish
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare the fries according to package instructions.

  2. In the meantime, heat a skillet, add sliced white onion, and let it sweat for 5-10 minutes. Add in the chopped kimchi, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until mixture appears slightly browned and crispy.

  3. Make aioli by mixing mayo, gochujang, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Assemble kimchi waffle fries by placing kimchi mixture over seasoned waffle fries and toppings. Finish with a drizzle of sauce and enjoy delicious kimchi fries!
