Cacio e Pepe Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Alexia® House Cut Fries (28 oz)
  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • ½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper, plus more for garnish
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup Grated Pecorino Romano, plus more for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare the fries according to package instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter with the pepper and salt in 20-second intervals in the microwave until fully melted, stirring between each interval as needed.

  3. Once the fries are cooked, place them in a large bowl and toss them with the melted butter. Add the cheeses and stir until combined. Serve with additional cheese and black pepper on top, as desired.
